We are old school and teach old school values, like hard work, commitment, loyalty, respect and honor (things we consider sadly lacking in today's society).

We believe in SPORTSMANSHIP and FAIR PLAY but we also play to WIN- and we usually do!

In our club, we pride ourselves on the QUALITY OF OUR COACHING and regardless of age and ability level our students recieve a 12 month diet of training that has been carefully selected by a director with 15 years coaching experience.

Although the programmers are flexible, the students follow a set formulary of training that is based upon Piaget's age appropriate principles and which we have proven to be highly effective over the last 15 years of development.

When you come to the Academy you are expected to try your best, (parents included), forget convenience and do whatever you can to make yourself as good as you can be!

We believe that China has an abundance of football talent but we believe that this potential talent fails to blossom because of a lack of professionalism, an insufficient infrastructure and a fatalistic/defeatist attitude.

We believe in the ability of all young people to aspire to greatness and are committed to trying our best to help them achieve this.

As such, we are committed to offering professional coaching to students regardless of their age and/or ability level. We have a PAY LESS AS YOU PLAY MORE payment system and we provide playing opportunities to ALL of our students regardless of age and ability.

Our playing philosophy is exactly the same as our off the pitch philosophy. We play as a committed team, working hard for ourselves and our team mates. We have no heroes and prefer to play a collective pass and move game rather than relying on strong individuals. However at the same time, as we believe that football is fundamentally an art form, we encourage our players to express their passion and love for their art through their creative interpretation and use of skills learned.

We do not play long ball.We do not give the ball to our best player and watch him play. We do not care to win as much as we care to PERFORM. The Academy produces the closest thing to professional football and professional players to be found in China. But we realise this will take hard work FROM ALL OF US.
